Responsibilities & Context:

We are looking for interested candidates as Executive/ SR. Executive (HR & Admin) who has self-motivated & eager to work under pressure with challenge.

  • To make cordial & personal relation with workers & look after worker`s HR related issues.

  • Conduct the awareness program for the employees to educate them about the company’s rules and regulation, compliance issues, health and safety; first aid etc.

  • To advice and brief workers on Use of PPE.

  • Check the workplace cleanliness all the time to ensure the hygienic atmosphere.

  • Liaison with the HR, Admin, Compliance & Floor production staff for ensure healthy work environment.

  • Maintain & Update all Administrative & HR records, registers & database.

  • To suggest workers about the procedure of availing any kinds of leave & help them make it easy.

  • Keep record of leave & absenteeism on a regular basis.

  • Find out the cause of absenteeism & necessary steps have to be taken to reduce it.

  • Make sure the involvement of any kinds of grievance on worker’s & try to resolve it on normal counseling which made him/her happy.

  • Major grievance issues have to be informed to top management & resolve workers problems according company’s policy.

  • Ensure better housekeeping.

  • Develop & maintain a cordial workplace relationship between the mid-level management.

  • To manage day to day administrative & HR related work.

  • Prepare different HR report as per management requirement.

  • Keep all employees personal file. record & upgrade time-to-time.

  • To perform any other task as assigned by the management from time to time.

  • Expert in payroll system
