Responsibilities & Context:
Collect and verify employee attendance, leave, and overtime data.
Calculate salaries, deductions, bonuses, and reimbursements.
Process monthly payroll in a timely and accurate manner.
Use HRMS or payroll software.
Update employee data (new joiners, exits, salary changes, etc.) in the system.
Handle documentation related to joining, transfers, resignations, etc.
Post job openings on various platforms.
Screen resumes and schedule interviews.
Coordinate with department heads for hiring needs.
Conduct initial HR interviews and support onboarding.
Assist in managing appraisal cycles.
Collect and organize performance data and feedback.
Any other task assigned by the Head of Department.
