Education:
    • Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Human Resource Management
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s preferred) from a reputed local/international university.

Responsibilities & Context:

Position Overview: We are looking for a competent Senior Officer – Human Resource who will be responsible for leading core human resource activities, ensuring compliance with company policies, and supporting a positive and productive work environment. The role includes managing recruitment, conducting training and development initiatives, overseeing employee relations, and maintaining accurate HR records. Strong HR knowledge and prior experience in a similar role are required.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes.
  • Maintain employee records and ensure HR policy compliance.
  • Support performance evaluation and employee management activities.
  • Coordinate training, workshops, and staff development programs.
  • Assist with payroll preparation, attendance tracking, and benefits administration.
  • Address employee concerns and support a positive workplace culture.
  • Prepare HR reports and maintain accurate HR documentation.
  • Performance monitoring & evaluation.
