Responsibilities & Context: Position Overview: We are looking for a competent Senior Officer – Human Resource who will be responsible for leading core human resource activities, ensuring compliance with company policies, and supporting a positive and productive work environment. The role includes managing recruitment, conducting training and development initiatives, overseeing employee relations, and maintaining accurate HR records. Strong HR knowledge and prior experience in a similar role are required.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes.
- Maintain employee records and ensure HR policy compliance.
- Support performance evaluation and employee management activities.
- Coordinate training, workshops, and staff development programs.
- Assist with payroll preparation, attendance tracking, and benefits administration.
- Address employee concerns and support a positive workplace culture.
- Prepare HR reports and maintain accurate HR documentation.
- Performance monitoring & evaluation.
