Position Overview
We are currently seeking an experienced, motivated, and dynamic Senior Student Counselor (Canada) to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years of hands-on experience in student counseling, specializing in Canadian higher education. This role requires someone with a strong sense of responsibility, leadership, and a deep understanding of ethical counseling practices. The candidate will guide students and mentor junior counselors while contributing to the overall success of our Canadian student recruitment operations.
Key Responsibilities
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in student counseling, particularly for Canadian higher education.
In-depth knowledge of Canadian university admissions & visa procedures.
Proficiency in CRM systems and digital documentation tools.
Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a fast-paced environment.
