Job Responsibility:

• Monitor the sewing line to ensure smooth production flow.
• Ensure that daily production targets are achieved on time.
• Supervise sewing machine operators and support staff effectively.
• Maintain accurate records of daily production and machine performance.
• Coordinate with the maintenance team for timely machine repairs.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment.
• Ensure strict compliance with company policies and safety standards.
• Must be capable of working in shifts as per production requirements.
• Demonstrate strong leadership and effective communication skills.
