- Knowledge of automation sewing machine (As like- pattern sewing machine, auto snap button, side seamer etc)
- Ability to work independently and efficiently with minimal supervision.
Responsibilities & Context:
Perform sewing machine setup, trouble shooting, repairs and preventative maintenance.
Set up machines, thread needles, and adjust tension settings as needed for optimal operation.
Monitor the condition and performance of machines, performing routine maintenance to prevent breakdowns and ensure smooth operation.
Inspect completed work for quality control, identifying any errors or imperfections and making necessary adjustments or repairs.
Controls downtime by informing production workers of routine preventive maintenance techniques; monitoring compliance.
Maintains safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
Assembles mechanical components according to their specifications and examines machines to oversee diagnostic test that determines functionality problems or issues.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment in the production area.
Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines and production goals.
Perform other duties related to machine operation as required by production needs.
