Responsibilities & Context: Job Context:
Tusuka is a 100% export oriented garment manufacturing company at RMG sector in Bangladesh and looking for interested candidate for the mentioned position who has the initiative, drive and self-motivation to take the challenges to deliver high-quality results.
Job Responsibilities:
- Adequate knowledge in Bangladesh Labor Law & Rules.
- Recruitment & onboarding.
- Handling disciplinary matters, grievances, legal issues, labor laws and ensuring adherence to safety/ethical standards.
- Performance appraisal cycles, promotions, increments and skill development programs.
- Managing attendance, leave, ensure correct calculation of benefits like final settlements, maternity pay and ensuring timely salary processing.
- Counseling, managing events and promoting a positive work environment as employee welfare.
- Good leadership ability to motivate others.
- Maintaining employee records (personal files, HRMS) and generating management reports.
- Coordinate new employee orientation and induction programs to familiarize new hires with company policies, safety protocols and workplace ethics.
- Oversee employee file management, ensuring all personal records, new joining formalities, ID cards, and documentation are accurately maintained and updated in the HR Information System (HRIS).
- Manage various employee lifecycle events, such as transfers, promotions, confirmations after probation and processing resignations or terminations.
- Adequate knowledge in OB, OHS housekeeping issues as well as payroll management, recruitment etc.
- Develop and implement HR policies, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Prepare and issue official HR documents, such as notices, office orders, warnings and show-cause letters.
- Ensure 100% implementation of Labor Law 2006 and Labor Rules
- Maintain excellent corporate relations between the staffs & the top Management of the Company.
