Experience:

• 5 to 7 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments, Textile

• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Textile Engineering

• Several years of experience in garment washing, specifically in R&D or sample development.

• Preferable of sample operator of R&D section.

• Good idea about sustainable wash for new development.

• Good knowledge about all type of washing dry process as like manual or leaser whisker, grinding, destroy, tagging, hand scrapping, PP rubbing, PP spray and new trends design work etc.

• Should have sound knowledge about washing chemical.

• Excellent leadership and managerial skills are also important.

• Ability to co-ordinate with customers, merchandisers and relevant team.

• Hand on experience in ozone wash and laser.

• In-depth knowledge of washing machines, chemical application, and denim finishing techniques (laser, enzyme, etc.).

• Ability to multitask efficiently and good at managing time.       

• In-good knowledge of denim products.       

• Strong ability to drive differing viewpoints to consensus.

Tusuka is a 100% export oriented garment manufacturing company at RMG sector in Bangladesh and looking for interested candidate for the mentioned position who has the initiative, drive and self-motivation to take the challenges to deliver high-quality results.

Job Responsibilities:

• Capable of handling buyer accounts and sample development as per customer demand.

• Responsible for all types of sample washing with a feasibility study of product and risk analysis.

• Effectively interact with Department Head, Merchandiser, Product Developer, Production Team and other R&D team members to accomplish company goals.

• Lead and ensure proper utilization of manpower, machinery and materials.

• Ensure adherence to customer guidelines and instructions during the garment processing stage.

• Ensure desired garment quality and all test parameters through lab testing as per buyer requirements.

• To execute and coordinate all activities of R&D department.

• Monitor wash recipes for proper chemical dosing and provide wash recipes to initiate first bulk for setting up bulk production recipes.

• Responsible for all research and innovation tasks assigned by management.
