Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Conduct/coordinate end-to-end recruitment & selection process as per policy & procedure and ensure the right and competent candidate is selected.
∎ Conduct/coordinate orientation & awareness programs for the employee to educate them company rules & regulation, policy and procedure.
∎ Prepare employees salary & wage sheet and ensuring timely salary disbursement, compensation & benefit issue.
∎ To identify poor performing employees and taking corrective action.
∎ Maintaining & updating records and database of employees’ increment, promotion and transfer.
∎ To maintain all vehicles related works.
∎ To maintain all office related works.
∎ Ensure all company policies, procedure and issue appreciation and warning letters.
∎ Any other task assigned by the management.
