Job Responsibilities:
∎ Implement HR policies and procedures to promote a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
∎ Oversee recruitment and onboarding processes for factory employees.
∎ Conduct performance management and employee engagement initiatives.
∎ Handle employee relations, grievance resolution, and disciplinary actions as needed.
∎ Manage payroll, benefits and attendance systems for factory employees.
∎ Ensure compliance with labor laws, safety regulations and factory standards.
∎ Maintain accurate employee records and data.
∎ Coordinate administrative functions, including office maintenance and procurement of supplies.
∎ Manage and maintain in-house training facilities and equipment.
∎ Handle security and safety measures for the factory premises.
∎ Any other tasks assigned by the management time to time.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 25 years
∎ Strong communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
∎ Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
∎ Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office applications.
∎ High level of integrity and confidentiality.

In June 1973 the Lotto made its debut among sports footwear manufacturers. Tennis shoes signaled the beginning of production, followed by models for basketball, volleyball, athletics and football. LOTTO begin to create its first football boot models in 80’s and sign major collaboration agreements with internationally renowned players and teams – John Newcombe, Andrei Gomes and José Luis Clerc in tennis, and Ruud Gullit and Holland in football.
