Job brief
We are looking for an Executive/ Sr. Executive – HR, Admin & Legal to manage our company’s recruiting, learning & development, employee performance programs & Legal issues.
To be successful in this role, you should have an extensive background in Human Resources. Ultimately, you will make strategic decisions for our company so that we hire, develop and retain qualified employees.
Job Responsibilities
Playing the anchoring role in every aspect of the HR value chain – Talent sourcing, recruitment, onboarding, induction, performance management, Learning & Development, Compensation and benefits, HRIS and analytics, employee separation etc.
Supporting the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems.
Actively involved in recruitment by preparing job descriptions, posting ads and managing the hiring process
Having thorough knowledge on labor legislation and act in with this process all paperwork associated with employment changes and variations to contracts.
Create and maintain all employee personnel files, maintain their detail records and ensuring archiving of leaves
Create and maintain up to date folders for all employee benefit information.
Support the administration of annual pay review, employee survey and HR statistics.
Overall responsibility for payroll processing.
Assist with entering variable overtime and expense payments.
Any other payroll duties as required by the company management.
Maintaining and recording employee attendance.
Prepare/update HR policy to make sure employees are adhering to all the company’s rules and regulations.
Planning and designing employee benefit packages.
Executing the employee's annual review procedures.
Design and implement employee upskilling initiatives.
Execute disciplinary actions as per management direction
