Job Responsibilities:

* Respond to customer inquiries through phone, email, chat, and social media

* Assist customers with product information, pricing, order placement, and tracking

* Handle customer complaints, returns, refunds, and exchange requests

* Coordinate with delivery and warehouse teams regarding order-related issues

* Maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat purchases

* Support online sales campaigns and promotional activities

* Update customer information and order details in the system

* Resolve customer problems quickly and professionally
