Responsibilities & Context:
  • Overseeing Hospital operations and staff duties.

  • Keeping medical professionals informed about the policy.

  • Managing the Hospital budget, billing system, and inventory.

  • Ordering stock and supplies for the Hospital.

  • Overseeing the purchasing, maintenance, and repair of Hospital equipment.

  • Developing procedures to deliver optimal patient care.

  • Performing the hiring, training, and performance evaluation of staff members.

  • Managing internal and external communications, and answering queries about the Hospital.

  • Ensure client satisfaction is 100%.Identifying opportunities for strategic growth and implementing them.

  • Counseling patients about treatment, payment, and recovery options.

  • Coordinating with corporate partners.

  • Work to achieve the business goal.

  • Conduct competitive strategic analysis, client segmentation, and client insight development.

  • Maintain all kinds of regulatory compliance, Authority, Autonomous, relevant govt, semi govt and private company affairs.

  • Maintain employee motivation, mentoring, counseling and discipline.
