Additional Requirements:
Proficiency in HRIS management, payroll processing, and benefits administration

Strong analytical and Excel skills for HR data reporting and dashboards
Excellent coordination, communication, and attention to detail
Responsibilities & Context:
Manage and enhance HRIS, contributing to its development and effective utilization
Coordinate HR operations across subsidiary companies and oversee their overall HR activities
Maintain HR database and ensure all employee files are accurate and up-to-date
Ensure timely disbursement of monthly salaries and other benefits, including LFA, bonuses, incentives, and allowances
Execute transfer orders, issue office orders and notes, coordinate employee exits, and manage end-of-service settlements
Manage leave and attendance reports, providing dashboards and employee health reports
Issue pay slips, tax certificates, experience letters, and release letters
Perform any other HR-related tasks as assigned by management
