Educational Requirements:
∎ BBA/MBA in HRM from reputed university; PGDHRM/Law Degree is preferred
Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 4 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for smooth HR operation of entire factory
∎ Check and process monthly salary, medical bill, TA & DA for both permanent and casual employees
∎ Manage safety and compliance at the manufacturing floor and administer hygiene as per standard
∎ Address employee grievances and work on disciplinary action to ensure good governance
∎ Coordinate all kind of facilities management such as housekeeping, guest entertainment, utilities, cleanliness, canteen, first aid, security, emergency medical support and so on
∎ Liaison with statutory bodies to ensure compliance to government rules and regulations
Additional Requirements:
∎ Have excellent communication skills
∎ Have expertise in using Microsoft Office applications
∎ Have good knowledge of Bangladesh Labor Act 2006 and Bangladesh Labor Rules 2015, including recent amendments

∎ Depending upon the qualification, experience and profile of the candidate, remuneration will
