Job Responsibilities:
∎ Recruit manpower as per requirement within timeline in coordination with respective department.
∎ Sourcing Manpower as per requirement.
∎ Prepare appointment/ joining letter, ID cards and ensure personal file as per check list.
∎ Prepare and analyze budgeted vs actual manpower report.
∎ Receive new manpower requisition.
∎ Conduct background check of selected employee & feedback to recruitment head (If required)
∎ On boarding newly joined employees

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 28 years
