Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Ensure Trims & accessories are ok for production
∎ Follow-up accessories checking & its Report.
∎ Highlighting to management & supplier any deviation on accessories and best solution
∎ Follow-up fabric testing Procedure as per buyer standard
∎ If any doubt or need any information should be clarify from Merchandiser.
∎ Ensure Report accuracy.
∎ Follow-up fabric relaxing Procedure as per buyer standard.
∎ Ensure Report accuracy.
∎ Follow up Fabric Inspection area
∎ Fabric receive from inventory (fabric quantity as per buyer standard)
∎ Ensure the fabric inspection is running as per required inspection system
∎ Follow-up the defect area is being marked with point wise sticker
∎ Ensure Shade check as per approved swatch
∎ Follow-up GSM check as per standard and report accuracy
∎ Ensure the Fabric shrinkage test is going under a standard procedure
∎ If any doubt or need any information should be clarify from /QA Manager/concern person.
∎ Communicate with merchandise and suppliers to get proper solution
∎ Suppliers performance evaluation and report management
∎ Able to handle daily 15 ton fabric inspection
