∎ M.Sc in Chemistry/Biochemistry/ Applied Chemistry

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Establish links between Production and Quality Control department.
∎ Monitor all process parameters as per Quality Management System.
∎ Monitor the production, blending, packing, stacking, labeling in refined sugar warehouse and delivery of refined sugar.
∎ Ensure proper quality of the product for each & every specific customer.
∎ Identify the process operation problem including man & machinery and solve with immediate corrective action.
∎ Verify laboratory test results of analysis for correctness.
∎ Ensure proper use of the chemicals for maintaining quality of product.
∎ Follow ISO, HACCP and GMP in Process strictly.
∎ Monitor cleaning program of process house, warehouse and factory area.
∎ Ensure cleanliness of process.
∎ Monitor pest control activity and daily sanitation check sheet.

∎ Attention to detail
∎ Sound Interpersonal Skills
∎ Sound Knowledge in Different QC Standard
∎ Good Hand in preparing different QA & QC reports
∎ Skilled in using Microsoft Office Package especially in MS Excel
