Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Monitor & direct movements towards fabric department to meet daily production target in sewing section
∎ Verify line lay out of individual style and adjustment through balancing of skilled workers
∎ Make sure the production capacity, quality and timing buyer wise
∎ Fully responsible from fabric to shipment
∎ Ensure sewing production through in charge, supervisor and others
∎ Communicate and follow up with merchandising, planning, IE, store, cutting, Maintenance, sewing, finishing and packing
∎ Initiative with machine maintenance team to get most suitable support from them
∎ Well conversant of understanding technical files, PP comments, implementation in working place
∎ Ensure cost reduction by reducing all kind if rejection, alteration, over production and extra hour work
∎ Establish effective communication with sewing and cutting manager to fulfill the order quantity and avoid any short shipment PO wise fabric, cutting, sewing, finishing and shipment
∎ Execute the plans and reach the target set by the company
