Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure proper development of KPI in collaboration with respective HODs.
∎ Ensure collection of performance related data of executives and input the subsequent data flow within PMS software
∎ Ensure quarterly/yearly generation of performance reports and ensuing execution of related affairs.
∎ Perform all tasks associated with the confirmation (staff and executives), promotion (of workers, staff and executives), increment (of workers, staff and executives).
∎ Conduct awareness sessions on KPI based performance management system.
∎ Ensure the development/review of Job Descriptions of employees (based on assignment).
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 27 to 30 years
