Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Maintain and management overall aspect of HRIS/Kormee.
∎ Maintain daily attendance, leave quota & employee movement monitoring & execution.
∎ Maintain and update pay-benefit master data & transactional data in HRIS/Kormee.
∎ Follow up and record the new hires' compensation structure, set rule and eligibility in HRIS/Kormee.
∎ Prepare & arrange HR report to build HR Dashboard for data driven insights.
∎ Liaison with all managements to reconcile monthly attendance information and prepare payroll accordingly.
∎ Conduct exit interview, generate a monthly report on employee separation trends.
∎ Assist supervisor during PMS process & increment simulation & budget preparation.Answers employee's queries about salary, deductions, allowance, or any discrepancies.
∎ Adheres to payroll policies and procedures and comply with relevant law.Calculate full & Final Settlement and ensure on time payment.
∎ Preparation & Submission of Quarterly and Annual Tax returns in liaison with Finance.Provide income tax certificate at the end of the tax year.
