Requirements:

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ To ensure the quality as per the buyer's expected level.
∎ To ensure the pattern and technical as per buyer demand.
∎ Ensure on-time shipment of good quality goods.
∎ To follow up traffic light system
∎ Follow up Daily, Weekly, and Monthly RCA- CAP against Over DHU.
∎ Ensure that staff and workers are trained on the quality requirements of the customer.
∎ Attend P.P. meetings for a clear understanding of buyer requirements regarding quality issues.
∎ To collect styling samples, related papers/documents and swatch and then brief on that to those who are working under me.
∎ To ensure approval swatch board should be supplied to cutting. Sewing and Finishing.
∎ To collect quality people to require department.
∎ Fabric inspection as per the 4-point system & Fabric Shrinkage report monitoring.
∎ To ensure markers according to patterns
∎ To monitor reports of trial cutting and other related to the cutting section.
∎ To ensure & check the finish pattern marking procedure & swatch procedure.
∎ To monitor measurement reports of before-wash & after-wash garments.
∎ To cooperate with buyer representatives during the pilot run in section.
∎ To monitor the Q.I reports of the Cutting, sewing, and Finishing Sections.
∎ To ensure as per buyer requirement of all production samples.
∎ To ensure shade band from bulk production before it is sent to wash.
∎ To ensure procedure for garments wash sent according to different countries.
∎ To ensure product safety issues to all, especially for in-process quality control.
∎ To monitor daily/weekly/monthly/alternation percentage, (DHU) Production & efficiency report.
∎ To according with the finishing section for daily in-line inspection.
∎ Continues communication with the buyer.
∎ To ensure the quality as per the buyer's expected level.
