Job Responsibilities:
∎ Sewing line balance considering the required line capacity and operation plan.
∎ Time, Method and Motion study.
∎ Daily (W.I.P) work in process calculate & next day input plan.
∎ Monitoring input and output report, hourly production report, shipment schedule & in time fabric & accessories in house.
∎ Work with related team to develop required standards for design & production.
∎ Calculate and monitoring new style layout time or feeding time report.
∎ Grade the operator for new or existing. Responsible for analyzing the workers performance.
∎ Follow - up the production and take necessary action for achievement.
∎ Update skill inventory regular basis.
∎ Maintain liaison with planning for productivity improvement and input.
∎ Ensure the follow - up of the cut bundle sheet in the line to ensure efficient assembly operation without any system loss.
∎ Responsible for increasing productivity through combined work steps, removing non-value-added tasks, adding automation and development of effective work practices.
∎ Initiate new activities to improve the efficiency of each worker and enhancing their contribution in the production process.
∎ Reduce nonproductive time and excess working hour.
∎ Reduce excess manpower or unused manpower in line.
∎ Prepare skill matrix or skill inventory for all operators.
∎ Provided estimated SMV to sales team for costing.
∎ Develop management control systems to make financial planning and cost analysis.
∎ Daily meeting with work study officer and distribute the work.
∎ Loss time sheet monitoring.
∎ Always future style analyses & prepare bulletin, layout & thread consumption.
∎ Style changeover time feeding line & try short time finish the layout.
∎ Supervision the floor.
∎ End of the day report to IE manager about daily work.
∎ Will review the report by your department.
∎ Will report to Manager IE.
∎ Any other job assigned by the management.
∎ Provide support to production department for all out final output.
∎ Ensure the integration of all functions of the department to other departments.
∎ Monitor the workflow after initialization and update the methodology time to time
∎ Check and ensure the layout.
∎ Balance the line to ensure minimum Work - In - Process (WIP).
∎ Analyze the bottle - neck process.
∎ Method study.
∎ Knit Garments Production, SMV Calculation, waste reduction, Productivity increase, LEAN Technology, Production Planning, Supply Chain Planning etc
∎ Implement GSD method in the production floor.
∎ Ensure the process flow through proper bundling system.
∎ Layout the machine by maintaining proper sequence of operation to ensure best workflow.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 26 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Good command in English and e-mail communications
∎ Sound knowledge of MS Office, Excel, Powerpoint
∎ Logical and analytial approach for effective problem resolutions
∎ Ability to work under pressure to meet deadline & have the capability to work for a long time
∎ Ability to cope up with different situations, very good temperament and enjoy challenges
