Job Responsibilities:
∎ Execute and follow through the monthly and yearly learning and development plans are in place to cater development needs for Apex Footwear Ltd. at all levels (management, non-management, sales force) in the context of the business requirements.
∎ Initiate learning and development methods comprising of contemporary and blending learning approach as appropriate for different employee level and function.
∎ Organize, coordinate, and facilitate sales and soft skills training programs (f2f classroom & online) for management level, non-management level and sales force at head office, factory and regions.
∎ Content curation, manual and module preparation, report generation for sales and soft-skills training programs (f2f classroom & online) for management level, non-management level and sales force.
∎ Monitor, measure and articulate the impact of learning and knowledge on business results (i.e. training evaluation, knowledge transfer ratio, performance transformation after training).
∎ Execute learning needs identification process to ensure all learning requirements are captured and focused on developing knowledge and skills to deliver business outcome.
∎ Ensure quality-of-service delivery to the satisfaction of employees.
