0–3 years of experience in sustainability or EHS.
Strong sense of responsibility and ability to work independently.
Good communication and documentation skills in both English and Bangla.
Sound knowledge of environmental regulations and sustainability frameworks.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Willingness to perform field work when necessary.
Graphics design skills will be considered an added advantage.

Job context
KDS Logistics Ltd., the logistics wing of KDS Group, situated in Chittagong; has been leading the ICD/OFF DOCK industry since a long time with the best-in-class services to its clients. We are looking for young, energetic, dynamic, self-motivated and proactive person to perform the role of Jr. Executive / Executive- Compliance & Sustainability under Administration department. The incumbent will have to play the role in the dynamic ICD/OFF Dock Industry.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement sustainability strategies, policies, and action plans.
Monitor and ensure compliance with applicable sustainability standards.
Coordinate audits, certifications, and assessments required by clients or regulators.
Prepare sustainability reports, environmental impact assessments, and internal progress dashboards.
Conduct awareness sessions, staff training, and workshops related to sustainability and environmental issues.
Establish and maintain data systems for tracking waste, water, energy, and carbon footprint.
Collaborate with relevant departments (HR, Workshop, IT, Compliance, etc.) to embed sustainability into daily operations.
Represent the company in external sustainability forums, buyer meetings, and partnerships.
Any other responsibilities assign by the Management.
