Experience Requirements
- 8 to 10 years of progressive experience in accounts and finance, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
- Experience in logistics, freight forwarding, shipping, supply chain, or large manufacturing/trading groups will be given strong preference.

- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced functions, data analysis, reporting).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Hands-on experience with ERP systems.
- Proven leadership, team management, and stakeholder communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure, meet tight reporting deadlines, and drive cross-functional initiatives.

Job context:
KDS Logistics Limited, a leading Inland Container Depot (ICD) and Off-Dock operator in Bangladesh, is seeking a experienced Senior Manager/Manager – Finance to lead its finance and account’s function. This role requires strong expertise in operational finance, logistics revenue management, and regulatory compliance, with direct involvement in container terminal operations, billing systems, and cost control. The incumbent will report directly to the Chief Financial Officer (CFO).
Job location: Chattogram; operational sites as required.
Responsibilities:
- Plan short/mid/long term strategies to increase sales.
- Develop growth strategies through sales and marketing focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction.
- Conduct research and evaluate market to adjusts marketing strategies to meet demand in competitive conditions.
- Searching for scopes of expansion to expedite sales and work on providing feedback to Management.
- Ensure achievement of personal KPI.
