Responsibilities:
Plan short/mid/long term strategies to increase sales.
Develop growth strategies through sales and marketing focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction.
Conduct research and evaluate market to adjusts marketing strategies to meet demand in competitive conditions.
Searching for scopes of expansion to expedite sales and work on providing feedback to Management.
Ensure achievement of personal KPI.
