∎ Advance Skill in MS Excel is mandatory.
∎ Word typing skills should be a minimum of 26WPM
∎ Good command of English, both Oral and Written.
∎ Coordinate with the team and maintain harmony.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Conduct the talent acquisition process.
∎ Maintain and update the HRMS system regularly.
∎ Monitor and maintain leave management and employee attendance and prepare reports.
∎ Conduct employee engagement programs.
∎ Manage the employee database and update files.
∎ Assist in payroll management.
∎ Prepare various analyses using raw data and Excel as required.
∎ Draft notes, letters, and circulations as needed.
