Educational Requirements:
∎ An ideal candidate should have a Bachelor / Honors degree from any recognized university preferably in Commerce / Business Studies. MBA will be preferred

∎ 2 to 4 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for assisting the HR Manager in developing and implementing company HR Policy as per SML Global Policy and local regulations (BEPZA instructions & Labor Law)
∎ Assist in recruitment to acquire the best talents from the market
∎ Develop, implement and follow-up on JD & KPI across the organization
∎ Responsible for Performance Appraisal on periodic basis to assess the level of outcome from employees and design training / development programs accordingly
∎ Responsible for implementing employee development programs / simulation programs across the organization to convert human resources into human capital
∎ Assist in rolling out employee engagement programs
∎ Contribute in building and maintaining a healthy and progressive working environment and corporate culture across the company
∎ Work with the team to achieve overall targets for the department as well as for the company
Additional Requirements:
∎ The applicants should have minimum 2 to 4 (Two to Four) years of relevant working experience
∎ Should be a pleasant personality, smart and well groomed
∎ Should work well independently as well as in a big team
∎ Should be self motivated, organized and disciplined
∎ Should have keen sense of punctuality along with ethical and professional responsibility
∎ Should be willing to work additional hours if it is required to finish the assigned responsibility
∎ Should have knowledge in MS Office, ERP & other computer applications
∎ Should have good analytical ability, good communication skill in English - both written & verbal
