Additional Requirements:
  • Age 26 to 35 years
  • Experience in HR, with exposure to multiple business concerns.
  • Strong knowledge of HR functions (recruitment, payroll, compliance, employee relations).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office; HR software experience is a plus.
  • Ability to multitask and work across different industries (fashion & hospitality).
  • Positive attitude with problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge of Bangladesh Labour Law preferred.


Responsibilities & Context:
  • Oversee HR functions for all group concerns (Arjo, Soya, Nori).

  • Handle end-to-end recruitment: job posting, screening, interviewing, onboarding.

  • Develop and implement HR policies, systems, and processes.

  • Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws.

  • Conduct training, performance evaluation, and employee engagement activities.

  • Support management in workforce planning and organizational development.

  • Resolve employee grievances and maintain a positive workplace culture.

  • Create and update employees’ profile in ERP Software.

  • Follow up all Mobile set, Sim card, ID Card and Visiting Card preparing all employees.

  • Handle employee grievances and escalate when necessary.

  • Assist in payroll processing by collecting attendance, leaves, and related data. Others task will be assigned by BOD and hire authority.

  • Lead the Talent Acquisition Team and overseeing end-to-end recruitment processes for national and international positions.

  • Develop and implement recruitment strategies aligned with workforce planning and organizational priorities.

  • Coordinate closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, advise on recruitment approaches, and ensure timely and quality hires.

  • Ensure compliance with KM recruitment policies and procedures, promoting fairness, transparency, and diversity in selection processes.

  • Monitor recruitment metrics and trends, preparing regular reports and analysis to inform HR planning and decision-making.

  • Collaborate with Entitlements & Benefits and Learning & Development teams to ensure seamless onboarding and integration of new staff.

  • Oversee canteen, dormitory, and other staff facilities.

  • Maintain liaison with government offices, law enforcement agencies, and regulatory bodies.

  • Communicate with BTMA, BTTLMEA, BGMEA, Compliance Auditors, Fire & Civil defense Department, Labor Office, Labor Court, Police Station, Local Influences and Labor Federation etc.

  • To prepare factory for facing different audit such as BSCI, SEDEX, H & M COC Standard, social / ethical / environmental / technical / Supply Chain Security (SCS) / QMS audit. 

  • To ensure Fire, Health & Safety issues are in order.

  • Handle company license renewal, registration, and legal documentation.

  • Maintain and update employee files, HRIS/database, and personnel records.

  • Participate in developing department goals, objectives and systems.

  • Analyzing Training Need Assessment (TNA) in association with HR Manager & HOD of SBUs.

  • Facilitation & ensuring Training & Development materials in time;

  • Liaison with different consulting firms for Training & Development programs;

  • Evaluating the effectiveness of training programs and instructors;

  • Conduct Training of the Trainer (TOT) and facilitates other trainings;

  • Monitoring & reviewing the progress of trainees through questionnaires and discussions;

  • Planning & assessing the Return on Investment (ROI) of any Training & Development programs;

  • Preparing different policy, procedure, manuals, SOP regarding Training & Development;

  • Keeping systematic records of all training modules, attendance, reports, training results, evaluation, logistics, expenditure; meeting minutes etc. of Training & Development programs;

  • Follow up daily HR activities as organization demands as per the company policy.
