Job Responsibilities:
∎ Look after all compliance related issues.
∎ Employee Separation process.
∎ Employee Grievance handling.
∎ Look after all Disciplinary actions with accordance to Audit findings.
∎ Maintain employee personal files with all necessary documents.
∎ Maintain HR related documents.
∎ Maintain HRIS with 100% accuracy for smooth salary process.
∎ Maintain Employee attendance and generate report periodically.
∎ Maintain Employee Leave database.
∎ Any other task assigned by the Management.
Salary: Negotiable
