Additional Requirements:
∎ Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration (Preferably in Human Resources Management/ Management Studies)
∎ Maximum 2 years in HR field (fresh graduates with relevant internships are also encouraged to apply)
∎ Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
∎ Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
∎ Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
∎ High level of integrity and ability to handle confidential information

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding
∎ Ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new hires, including induction and documentation
∎ Organize and conduct employee engagement activities
∎ Maintaining personal files of employees, collecting, analyzing and updating employee records
∎ Performing attendance management, leave procedures and leave administration duties, and generating related correspondence
∎ Assist in the implementation and enforcement of company policies and procedures
∎ Coordinate training programs based on organizational needs
∎ Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding
