Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Accurately input and update employee data in the HRIS
∎ Ensure data integrity and confidentiality at all times
∎ Generate regular and ad-hoc reports using HRIS data for HR and management
∎ Provide support to HR staff and employees regarding HRIS functionality
∎ Assist in resolving user inquiries and issues
∎ Maintain accurate records for audits and reporting purposes
∎ Contribute to the creation of HRIS documentation and manuals
∎ Assist in data analysis to identify trends and insights
∎ The purpose of the Job is to work closely with the HRIS team to ensure the efficient functioning of HR software and data management processes.
