Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure Technical guidance and direction to those who are involved in the operation and maintenance of the HRIS.
∎ Provide on-job support to the unit responsible person for using HRIS software.
∎ Prepare, maintain, and update employee data for HRIS software as and when required.
∎ Process and maintain periodic reports of employee record data and develop reports.
∎ Liaison with Group HR & Unit HR team to administer and support all available HRIS system technologies and enhancements that improve HR operational efficiency and effectiveness.
∎ Ensure to provide report and data for workflow management, performance management, C&B management, Training & Development, and act as a liaison between HR, IT, Finance & Accounts.
∎ Maintain optimal function of the HRIS, which may include installation, customization, development, maintenance, and upgrade to applications, systems, and modules.
∎ Manage permissions, access, personalization, and similar system operations and settings for HRIS users.
∎ Ensure custom functions and documentation such as automated queries, filters, macros, and reports.
∎ Assist with the acquisition of complex data reports, summaries, and logs for authorized concerns.
∎ Ensure to lead representative and liaison between HR, IT, external vendors, and other stakeholders for HRIS design and implementation projects.
∎ Ensure system compliance with data security and privacy requirements.
∎ Monitor HRIS software records and all reports on regular basis.
∎ Any other task as assigned by the appropriate authority.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Knowledge on using recognized HRIS software/KORMEE handling
∎ Good working knowledge in MS Word, Excel & PowerPoint
∎ Familiarity with human resource policies and procedures to ensure the HRIS meets organizational needs and goals
∎ Excellent verbal and written communication skills
∎ Excellent interpersonal and technical support skills
∎ Excellent organizational skills and detail oriented
∎ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
∎ Ability to keep information confidential
