Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Know about any current requirement for Hiring.
∎ Conduct hiring process for any hiring requirement.
∎ Conduct proper training and onboarding for each new hiring.·
∎ Manage personal file for each employee.·
∎ Responsible for issue of appointment letter, job termination letter, job confirmation letter to each employee.
∎ Check Daily Attendance and report daily payable for each department.
∎ Follow up daily fulfillment cost without delivery rider cost per delivery for each warehouse.·
∎ Monitor daily warehouse duty roster for all warehouse.
∎ Monitor regular leave and absenteeism for each warehouse.
∎ Confirm approval of warehouse payroll budget for next month by 28th of each month.
∎ Monitor daily task report of warehouse employees for their performance evaluation.
∎ Manage hiring network for Delivery Riders.
∎ Know about any current requirement for Hiring.
