Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Ability to maintain all Books of Accounts related to Sales, Receivables Etc. Ability to maintain close liaison with the sales team. Ensure record and post all financial transactions. Prepares journal entries to record payroll, payroll accounts analysis, and reconciliation. Prepare bank reconciliation and petty cash management. Preserve the cheque books & cheque issue register. Prepare, examine and analyze bills/invoices, vouchers, accounts receivables, accounts payable, accounting records, financial statements, and other financial reports to assess accuracy. Maintain Cash Book, bank book, General Ledger, Subsidiary Ledger, and related documents as required. Checking Pay bills, handling correspondence, and maintaining files. Arrange the payment against the bill approved by the competent authority and preserve vouchers & documents properly. Must have sound knowledge of VAT and Tax related activities. Inventory and fixed asset management. Controlling, processing, and verifying Accounting Transactions. Face internal & external audits as needed. Able to work under pressure. Fulfill such other functions as may be assigned to him/her by the higher authority.
