Job Responsibilities:
∎ To maintain all data records papers about Recruitment and selection, wages, OT, and allowances.
∎ Work for employee benefits, wages, and payroll administration.
∎ Maintain Leave and Attendance Record.
∎ Monitor Field Force and Retail Sales Department.
∎ Prepare HR relevant Reports weekly, monthly, quarterly, and yearly
∎ Ensure the accurate processing of staff appointments, transfers, promotions, and terminations.
∎ To maintain all data records papers about Recruitment and selection, wages, OT, and allowances.
∎ Prepare Employee ID card, Business Card, Employee Certificate, etc
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 32 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Must have good knowledge of MS office
∎ Speaking English is mandatory
∎ Good Communication and negotiation skills.
