∎ 2. Employee Relations and Engagement
∎ Mediating issues between employees or between employees and management to maintain a positive workplace culture
∎ Organizing team-building activities, recognition programs, and feedback sessions to boost morale.
∎ Acting as a bridge between management and employees, facilitating transparent communication.
∎ 3. Performance Management
∎ Helping define performance objectives
∎ Managing performance reviews, providing feedback, and working with employees on career growth
∎ Identifying training needs and implementing skill development programs.
∎ 5. Learning and Development
∎ Providing access to relevant training, workshops, and certifications that keep employees updated with the latest technologies and skills.
∎ Assisting in individual development plans for employees and mentoring them to grow within the company.
∎ 6. Compliance and Policy Management
∎ Establishing guidelines and policies on issues like working hours, remote work, data security, and acceptable use of technology.
∎ Ensuring the organization complies with labor laws, data protection regulations, and industry-specific laws.
∎ Creating and implementing programs that maintain a safe and inclusive work environment.
