Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Human Resource Management, Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resource Management
∎ PGD on HRM from any reputed institute.
∎ Skills Required: Performance Management System

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Human Resource Management
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments

Job Context:
∎ Must have experience on HR Performance Management System and KPI.
∎ Sound knowledge on Textile & RMG manufacturing & operation process.
∎ Drive organization wide performance management system in FFL to bring a performance-based culture where talents are nurtured, retained, and grown to achieve the organizational vision and goals.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Maintain that all roles are captured in Job Description in line with the approved organization charts.
∎ Contribute in effective KPI based performance evaluation system.
∎ Assist in individual goal setting in line with organizational goals and vision.
∎ Perform Training Need Analysis (TNA) and arrange training for appropriate employees.
∎ Conduct regular awareness sessions on KPI based performance management system.
∎ Any other job as assigned by the HOD.
