Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Assist in the day-to-day operations of HR and administrative functions.
∎ Process documentation and prepare reports as required.
∎ Execute day-to-day administrative-related functions that include daily attendance, leave records, safety & security, recruitment, and housekeeping.
∎ Perform day-to-day HR activities.
∎ Implementing and managing HR policies and procedures.
∎ Assist in talent management and development efforts to cultivate a skilled and engaged workforce.
∎ Facilitate new employee joining and onboarding activities to ensure a smooth transition into the company.
∎ Contribute to the implementation and management of the performance management system to drive high performance.
∎ Maintain all data records papers in related with recruitment
∎ Oversee employee Leave and attendance
∎ Aligning HR functions and resources with the business plan of the company
∎ All other tasks and responsibilities assigned by the management
