Additional Requirements: Responsibilities & Context: We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented HR Executive to join our growing team! This role requires a proactive individual with excellent communication skills and a passion for Employee engagement, HR operations, and Payroll Management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in end-to-end recruitment process: job posting, screening, scheduling interviews, and onboarding
- Maintain and update employee records and HRIS
- Maintain and update all employee information, files, and documents, personal details.
- Must have experience in payroll processing and leave management
- Coordinate training sessions with other departments, performance evaluations, and employee engagement programs.
- Maintained asset distribution records, including ID cards, corporate SIMs, and access tools.
- Prepared official HR letters, including appointment, confirmation, salary certificate, warning, and experience letters.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies
- Handle employee queries and assist in resolving workplace issues
- Contribute to HR reporting, documentation, and administrative tasks
