  • At least 2 years of details experience in compensation and benefit management, preferable in pharmaceuticals company.

  • Good command in MS Office, HRIS and related software.

Job Description/Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end payroll processing, including attendance, leave, overtime verification, salary calculation, bonuses, allowances, deductions, pay slips, payroll reports, and full & final settlements.

  • Coordinate salary disbursement with Finance/Accounts and resolve employee queries related to payroll, attendance, and compensation.

  • Maintain and update employee records, HRIS/HRMS databases, personnel files, and documentation related to joining, confirmation, promotion, transfer, increment, leave, and separation.

  • Maintain new employee salary accounts are opened and linked to payroll systems while maintaining confidentiality and accuracy of employee data.

  • Assist in recruitment, selection, onboarding, preparation of job descriptions, and other HR operations.

  • Prepare HR reports, employee statistics, and management information reports (MIS).

  • Maintain compliance with labor laws, company policies, and HR procedures.

  • Perform any other HR and administrative duties assigned by management.
