  • Practical understanding of Bangladesh labor law and factory compliance requirements.

  • Good coordination, communication, and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.

  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability.

  • Team-oriented with a responsible and proactive work attitude.

  • Proficiency in MS Excel and HR MIS reporting.



Responsibilities & Context:
  • Prepare and manage payroll activities, including salary, bonus, leave, arrears, final settlement, bank advice, and salary analysis

  • Maintain daily and monthly attendance, OT, leave records, and ensure payroll accuracy through regular verification

  • Manage employee leave records and update HR software and salary systems

  • Handle employee salary account opening and payment coordination (Bank & Mobile Banking)

  • Maintain and update employee database, HR MIS, organogram, and yearly increment records

  • Monitor unauthorized absenteeism and update employee status as per policy

  • Plan and coordinate recruitment activities, manpower planning, and attrition analysis

  • Prepare HR reports, recruitment trackers, office orders, letters, and internal memos

  • Ensure accurate data entry and documentation for newly joined employees

  • Address salary grievances and ensure employee satisfaction through timely resolution

  • Coordinate employee medical support and maintain related records

  • Support KPI setting, performance appraisal, and departmental data requirements

  • Monitor factory administrative activities, including licenses, housekeeping, and wastage management

  • Assist in organizing training programs, compliance activities, and employee engagement events
