Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline
∎ Bachelor/ Masters in any discipline from any reputed institute.
∎ PGDHRM will be preferred.
∎ Any training on HRM, Compliance, Labour Law, Fire safety and security etc. will be added advantage
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Compensation/ Benefits/ Attendance/ Leave Management, General HR, MS Office Applications, Organization Development/ Process Improvement, Recruitment & Selection, Training & Development
Job Context:
∎ Job location will be Kawran Bazar, Dhaka
∎ Candidate must have the ability to work under pressure with a problem-solving mentality.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Regular administrative work that includes daily attendance, leave, safety, recruitment, Legal & Corporate affairs.
∎ Arrange, conduct & process employees Recruitment procedure.
∎ Prepare attendance report in coordination with the IT Dept.
∎ Maintain the employee's Personal file with all related papers as up-dated.
∎ Develop strategy to establish appropriate HR processes and practices in the organization as per management's directives to meet the needs of the growing organization, if required.
∎ Maintain management guidelines by preparing, updating, and recommending human resource policies and procedures.
∎ Maintain human resource records by designing a filing and retrieval system; keeping past and current records.
∎ Any other tasks assigned by management
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 30 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Good team player, well-organized, initiative, and detail-oriented.
∎ Needs to have considerable knowledge/ understanding of Human Resource Management & Administration.
∎ Good Knowledge of Computers, MS Office and IT-related areas.
