Responsibilities & Context:
Prepare and maintain accurate Packing Lists for all shipments.
Supervise and manage the packing team to ensure timely and efficient operations.
Coordinate with the merchandising and production departments to align packing schedules with shipment deadlines.
Ensure proper documentation and compliance with buyer requirements.
Monitor packing quality, carton markings, and shipment readiness.
Liaise with freight forwarders and logistics partners for smooth shipment handling.
Maintain records of shipments and report to management regularly.
