Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Execute the full-cycle recruitment Process: conduct employee’s recruitment & selection process that include manpower requisition, prepare job specification, Advertisement, CV screening, arrange interview schedule and conduct interview, negotiation and finalizing offer & onboarding.
∎ Prepare job description & job analysis of employees for different position of the company.
∎ Assist in manpower budget & planning. Prepare department wise manpower budgeting..
∎ Prepare and draft HR policies and procedures as needed.
∎ Must have sound knowledge about Bangladesh labor law 2006, Amendment 2015,2022.
∎ Process and prepare all types of final settlement.
∎ Prepare & draft office note, office order, notice etc. as required.
∎ Should have sound knowledge on sustainable compliance program like BSCI, SEDEX, WRAP, HRP GRID, Higg & Implement and manage an effective legal compliance program.
∎ Maintain awareness program related to compliance.
∎ Advise management on the company's compliance with laws and regulations through detailed reports.
∎ Create and manage effective action plans in response to audit discoveries and compliance violations.
∎ Regularly audit company procedures, practices, and documents to identify possible weaknesses or risks.
∎ Assess company operations to determine compliance risk.
∎ Ensure all employees are educated & aware on the latest regulations and processes.
∎ Any other work assign by management.
