We’re seeking an energetic and strategic HR Executive with a Master’s in HRM who’s ready to own the full employee lifecycle — from recruitment to engagement.

Handle full-cycle recruitment — sourcing, screening, interviews & onboarding
Lead technical recruitment in collaboration with department heads
Organize campus engagement programs and job fairs to attract young talent
Build a strong employer brand through university collaboration & digital presence
Design and execute employee engagement programs (celebrations, surveys, recognition, team-building)
Collect feedback and measure engagement outcomes through reports
Promote a positive workplace culture aligned with company values
Maintain HRIS, attendance, leave, and employee documentation
Support payroll data preparation & monthly reporting
Assist in performance evaluation and appraisal coordination
Ensure compliance with Bangladesh Labour Law and internal HR policies
