∎ Good computer skills will be an added advantage

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ To supervise day-to-day finishing activities and ensure daily target.
∎ To ensure the least rejection & meet on-time delivery.
∎ To control Finishing operations and handle external & internal technical audits & to ensure timely shipment as per buyer requirement.
∎ To follow up shipment plan and achieve set packing targets, quick balancing finishing lines as when required.
∎ To optimize finishing manpower allocation and manpower turnover, absenteeism as per plan.
∎ To maintain specified poly to ship ratio and ensure a 100% final inspection pass rate
