Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Set and arrange manpower according to the machines setup at shift starting for Door production.
∎ Production priority setting according to the demand and communicate with down the level (supervisors, operators and workers) Door plant.
∎ Ensure Product quality in each point (through checkup raw materials, machines performance) to get standard output, maintaining lead time.
∎ Proper utilization of Raw materials (Direct & Indirect) in production process.
∎ Maintain a good communicate with other dept. (like supply chin and maintenance) to ensure raw material and technical support when required.
∎ Prepare and maintain production & delivery report day, weekly and monthly basis.
∎ Monitor the performance of the team member and solve any irregularities, machines breakdown by concerning superiors.
∎ Analysis the root cause and provide solution in case of return product.
∎ Identify the major difficulties and breakdown of the shift and keep a record for further action.
∎ To ensure the round clock production hand over the responsibilities to the next shift in charge.
∎ Any other duties assigned by the department head.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 40 years
∎ Must have Experience in Door Production.
∎ Education Qualification will consider for more experience persons.
∎ Should have Experience in shifting duty.
Salary: Negotiable
