PGD in Social Compliance will be an added advantage.

Skills Required:

Strong communication skills in Bangla & English.
Good command over MS Office.

Experience with PMS is preferred.
Ability to work under pressure and meet audit-related deadlines.
Responsibilities & Context:
Job Context:
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Executive – Compliance to support our factory compliance operations. The ideal candidate should have sound knowledge of social, technical, and environmental compliance requirements, strong documentation skills, and the ability to coordinate audits smoothly.
Job Responsibilities
Assist in implementing and monitoring social, ethical, technical, and environmental compliance standards.
Support preparation for third-party, buyer, and internal compliance audits.
Maintain and update compliance documentation, records, and CAP follow-up.
Conduct internal inspections related to workplace safety, health & hygiene, fire safety, and labor practices.
Coordinate corrective action plans (CAP) and ensure timely closure of audit findings.
Maintain communication with buyers, auditors, and internal departments regarding compliance issues.
Assist in training and awareness programs on compliance topics.
Ensure compliance with Bangladesh Labour Law (amended) and buyer codes of conduct.
